What We’re Looking For:
Are you a creative communicator with a passion for exceptional storytelling? Are you excited by live video production, digital communication, and reaching an audience with a message?

We’re looking for an experienced digital producer to join our team! Our different approach to healthcare has helped tens of thousands of patients restore their health and improve their quality of life, and our Technical Director/Studio Coordinator will help us continue to broaden our impact and reach.

In this role your main responsibility will be to write, develop, film, edit, and publish content and copy for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics, and more. You will create messaging, marketing materials, and various forms of digital online content that can be used by our organization to sell or promote services and increase brand awareness.

You should be a creative storyteller, excited to use your skills to engage the varied audiences of The Wellness Way. You should be proficient in all aspects of live production—whether it be for online interviews, meetings, produced events, or streaming content for social and other web applications. You should also be proficient in video production tools and techniques, and continually be learning about best industry practices and evolving technology. Your overall goal will be to inspire, engage, and connect with our varied audiences through beautifully written, filmed, and edited content, while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Video Production

  • Execute each step required for the video creation process including pre-production/strategizing, outlining videos, writing scripts, managing talent, filming (and logistical management related to filming), editing, and publishing.
  • Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, and sells.
  • Work closely with the advertising team to produce content that generates results
  • Use your editing and content management expertise to edit content across various digital platforms
  • Use your knowledge of SEO and content development to create digital content that showcases our company as a leader within the industry
  • Become an influencer who makes an impact on the company and within the industry through the production of digital content

Seminars & Events

  • Work with Creative Director to understand production and set-up needs
  • Support coordination and production of intro video for annual seminar
  • Work with Creative Director to support event promotional video production for marketing
  • Execute post-event video processing and ensure content is available on platforms as needed
  • Attend seminars and events as vital member of production crew

Team Involvement & Problem Solving

  • Collaborate successfully with The Wellness Way team, always being willing to pitch in even if it does not fall within typical job responsibilities
  • Use the Dignify system to foster healthy coworker relationships, conduct regular introductions and check-ins, and build up other team members to foster an environment of trust and mutual respect
  • Actively engage with and participate in team growth opportunities including Weekly Connects, Rise n’ Grinds, company-wide meetings and outings, seminars, and more, expressing a willingness to grow and support others in their personal and professional growth
  • Engage problem resolution skills when issues arise; keep management informed on significant issues
  • Provide feedback to leadership on observations and/or opportunities for improvement of company procedures, practices, and culture
  • Attend meetings with the creative and marketing teams to update on status of projects

  • Maintain brand integrity across any creative content produced
  • Ensure brand is consistently represented in modern, engaging way through creative storytelling and consistent use of cutting-edge techniques

  • You are a video production ninja with experience to prove it! You have a strong portfolio of published videos.
  • You are a stellar communicator, both in verbal and written form.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite or other similar design software.
  • You have a genuine interest in sharing The Wellness Way’s information with the public.
  • You are stylistically adaptable and able to produce a variety of script styles.
  • You are exceptionally creative with an eye for innovation, organization, and storytelling.
  • You have a unique ability to identify emotional stories and to captivate and engage audiences.
  • You excel at concisely translating information into easy-to-understand content.
  • You have a genuine interest in sharing The Wellness Way’s information with the public.
