The Accounting Office Assistant will be responsible for creating and carrying out processes related to all things corporate credit card related including reconciliation, tracking and fraud detection. In addition, supporting our business office in daily functions. It is highly important to us that we keep our wonderful, unique culture while respecting state rules and regulations. You must be able to handle conflict well and problem solve swiftly. In addition to accounting assistant duties, you will complete assistant tasks related to and requested by the CEO (personal or professional) and Finance Director. This position must be able to handle an array of personalities and maintain complete confidentiality of information.
